ART IN THE WOOLSHED 2010 is now over. The week saw beautiful weather and record crowds at TOSSI's biennial art exhibition.

A further innovation in 2010 was the Environmental Art Project: works by three artists which are a response to some aspect of the environment, using time-based (e.g. moving image, sound, performance), experiential, conceptual, and/or installation practices. The artists selected for this project have an extensive background in an alternative visual arts practice. Sophie Jerram, Brydee Rood and Raewyn Turner used a range of media, including LED lights, rubbish bags, a path, Tawharanui soil, and clay figures, to stimulate the viewer to think about the environment in a new way.
